            Northland Paving Ltd did a landscaping job for my next door neighbour ************* at **************** and finished the job around Aug 26/21. We shared a concrete pad between our garages and George from Northland did not check the lot survey of *****'s or myself and assumed where his crew should cut the pad which turned out to be 6" or 7" over on my side leaving a 'V' gully from 0" to 11" by 21'-9"long. They also placed the large rectangular stones a couple of inches over the property line onto my side. When I talked to ***** he became annoyed telling me to call Northland and going to his lawyer to confirm his survey. They then filled with gravel vs river rocks which look horrible. George came by to apologize that it was his decision and would install smaller river rocks and quoted me $3,800.00 plus taxes to repair with paving stones. After getting legal advice I declined their band-aid solution. I emailed the president on Oct 12/21 and did not get a response so filing a complaint.
