              We have not received a paper regularly for about 2 months. We have received 8 papers in that time frame. Our subscription is for a paper from Tuesday through Saturday. We are paying $11.69 monthly, which is being taken directly out of our account. We have called daily starting on 7/12/22 @ ************, and have several messages with the subscription/circulation dept regarding the issue. We have never received a call back. On 7/29/22, my husband went to the office at *** * ***** ** ***** ** and was told that the lady he needs to talk to had just gone to lunch. He said he would give her a message to call him back. Again, no return call. We just want to change our subscription to digital only, which is less than half price of what we are currently paying. There is no way to change the subscription online. We are tired of paying for a service that we are not getting. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
