    Cartwright has been in charge of having two of my vehicles shipped from California to Hawaii. The vehicles were picked up on 7/1/21 in California. Today is the 61 day mark and I do not know where my vehicles are. I get a run around every time I talk to the Cartwright coordinator he tells me an ETA and then it gets pushed back a week or two the next time I contact him for an update. At this time I contacted the auto shipping company ****** directly and I was told that only one of my vehicles were registered with them and that it has yet to make it to the port to leave California. I am beyond frustrated with this entire process I have been paying for a rental vehicle for 61 days now. It has been a huge expense and I have two missing vehicles. Please help.

    Cartwright (CWT) is the worst TSP My wife and I have experience in 17 years of military service. Over the course of my career, we have moved 12 times and this move is the stuff horror stories are made out of, thanks to the subcontractor, AA American Moving. This review will focus on the claims process which was nearly as traumatic as the actual move process. Our Claims **** ***** was the most difficult, the slowest rep that I could have possibly worked with, and she was supposedly the Claims supervisor, but she was barely competent at her job. Due to the abhorrent packing and care that the pack/load crew did we were forced to file 5x total claims (1x inconvenience claim because the subcontractor busted the load date, 1x real property claim due to extensive damage caused to the 115 original oak hardwood floors to the home, and 3x separate property damage claims totaling almost $40,000 in damage. At every step of the process ***** drug her feet causing extensive delays and consistently busting the required timelines per the *** *** claims process. We were required to float the extra lease cost, hotel, and Uhaul overage, as well as the full repair cost charged by the Ft. ******** housing office for 6x weeks. This was just the tip of the iceburg. Due to the extensive damage it took my wife and I more than 300 hours to catalog and document it all over 3x separate damage claims spanning 5 months. More than 120 items in total were claimed and we settled (took 6 months) for over $18k in admitted damages on over 80 items, with the rest now elevated to the *** for further adjudication. At every step ***** would wait until the last possible minute to acknowledge communication. At multiple phases the ** inspector and the Belvoir JPPSO office were involved to push the process because ***** would stop communicating. Lastly, ******* was not able to process my DITY move for two months because CWT misreported the weight of my move and would not respond with information to JPPSO.
