If you like to repeat complaints to the owner about their incompetencies in every area, from simple mowing and edging to damaging your trees and shrubs then you've found the right company. They wrecklessly mow, weed eat, trim and any other landscape service with total lack of care or regard for property that's not theirs. If you plant a young tree, shrub or plant you better put a fence around it or else they'll destroy it. Even edging is too tough for them, they create deep ruts that cause 3-4" crevices so that you twist your ankle falling into it. They continue to mow over and over in the exact same pattern causing ruts in the ground, that deepen greatly when they mow in soggy weather (which they do regardless), not to mention mowing, turning and backing up so fast they dig up sod. I've repeatedly asked for alternate mow patterns to avoid this and they say they'll address it, but they never, ever do! They do not care about or listen to customer requests or complaints. I've tried to address some of the issues while they're doing it, but they hold up their hands, shaking their head "no comprenda" smile and continue. If I could give a negative star that's what they deserve. Unfortunately I live in an HOA and they continue to renew contracts with this company even though many other owners are just as unhappy with them. If I want to save the hard work and money I've put into my yard I'll need to restrict them from my yard and do it myself!
