            Order placed 1/11/24 ************ TITLE Boxing High Point Boxing Shoes - *********** * * ****** ******* ******** ****** ***************** ******* ********* ****** ** ***** **** ***** ** ****** **** ***** ********* ****** ****** ******* Title has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Also they offer chat support, which is not understanding or helpful. I purchased the above item for my son. It took 8 days to arrive with $15 shipping. We received them and size 9 is a full size bigger than any other 9 my son owns. I want to EXCHANGE for a size 8 and have the shoes sent asap. Instead support, would not bend. A supervisor, ****, stated the shoes need to be shipped. I need to reorder without 20% and pay shipping AGAIN. These shoes are not a true 9 and now I’m inconvenienced with returning and then going to pay more. The human chat service is robotic, they aren’t helpful. It does not make sense that I now have to wait 20+ days because skies are incorrectly sized, and pay more. I would like this rectified in an acceptable manner. This company should be required to have phone support. This is unfair to the customer.

            Title does not stand behind their products. They have sent me 2 defective double end bags, and I have to pay the return postage for their failure. Months later, I still do not have a workable bag as they wanted to send a third, however, would it hold air?Summary: they delivered 2 defective products and will not resolve unless I continue to pay for their failures, and just watch for their flowery answer....

            Unfortunately, we did not receive a notification of this complaint. Apologies for replying just now. I do not see any correspondence regarding this issue or an order dating back 2 years. The customer is welcome to reach out to us if this is still an issue.
