They state if you are not satisfied with the grant guide you can send it back for a refund. If you read the grant guide and apply for 3 grants and don't receive a minimum of $25,000 you can send them your 3 denial letters and your $59 dollars will be refunded and you can keep the grant guide for future grant proposals.

On Monday, July 20, 2009, the Federal Trade Commission and the states of Kansas, Minnesota and North Carolina sued G. F. Institute to halt false, deceptive and misleading mailing. The government agencies also ask that the companies refund money that was taken from customers. The lawsuit names G.F. Institute's DBAs and associated companies Affiliate Strategies, Inc., Landmark Publishing Group, Grant Writers Institute LLC, Answer Customers LLC and Apex Holdings International LLC.
