I was not sure about details pertaining to my roof job and gutter issue. When trying to inquire about it, I got the run around for months with no direct response. When I finally had to reach out to resolve my issue... the owner called me, berated me and insulted me for not understanding construction and insurance terminology that is common for them but not for me as a customer. not sure what made it ok to belittle me, insult me and have terrible customer service towards me. I do think that they thought little of me and assumed yelling at me was ok. why is it ok to talk to paying customers like this? after chatting with neighbors and my family, we will cut ties with companies that think it is ok to belittle paying customers as I was today.

Kathryn, I am sorry that my explanation on why your gutter screens are not laying as flat as they were before we replaced your roof in August of 2020 made you upset. Your attempts to contact us about your concerns were going to a past employee's cell phone number that is not monitored but when you call our office on 5-26-2021 you received a call back to schedule an inspection that was completed a week later. At that inspection, you were informed that the shingles were not laying flat at the gutters because the gutter screens were holding up some of the shingles and the only solution would be to replace the gutter screens. When I called you to elaborate on the situation with the gutter screens, I also reminded you that we were able to get the insurance company to agree to removing the gutter screens and reinstalling them after the roof was replaced to avoid this very situation. At the time the roof was replaced you chose to not have the gutter screens removed and reinstalled to save the $429.00 provided to you by the insurance company. I also agreed to send a crew back out to your house for the same $429.00 knowing that in hindsight you are not happy with the result of your decision. I even suggested that you may be able to get the work done cheaper by having the company that originally installed your gutters and screens do the work but if they were not available to give me a call back to schedule the work. While I appreciate your opinion, I do not feel that this complaint to the BBB is the best resolution to your concern.
