The Federal Savings Bank grew out of Generations Bank, a thrift purchased on April 1, 2011 by brothers, Stephen and John Calk.  The bank was renamed The Federal Savings Bank on June 28, 2011 and changed from a thrift to a Federally Chartered National Bank on July 21, 2011. The Federal Savings Bank based in Overland Park, Kansas operates in all 50 states and maintains offices throughout the country.
