Absolutely the worst service department around. I took my vehicle in for warranty repairs 6 months ago. I was told that parts were ordered and it would take a couple of days for them come in. Then I was told that there were no parts due to UAW strike. I was being patient calling 1 time per month. I finally got ahold of someone who tried to look my name up in the computer just to find out that parts were not ordered and that I wasn’t even in the computer system. I had to make yet another trip to the dealership for them to look at it. Parts were ordered and took several weeks to come in. Once the parts came in I was threatened on the phone by the service rep about the repairs. I scheduled a drop off and was told that it would only take 1 day. 3 days later after many phone calls I’m told that my car is ready. It was taken in for 3 things…1 was fixed, and when I get in the car they pulled up for me the check engine light was on, which was not on at drop off. The people working in this service department are the most unprofessional and absolutely rudest individuals I have ever witnessed. I would be ashamed to be the owner/GM of this dealership, its a disgrace to the Jeep/Dodge/Ram brand.
