Customers complain that they are under the impression that they have won money and need to fill out a form in order to receive their winnings, when, in fact, they are paying to enter the first round of a contest. Customers file complaints claiming that they have entered several contests thinking that they have won, only to find out they had not won money, but were entering several contests.

The company asks consumers to read the rules of the contests carefully. All the games have different names and if the game contestant enters a contest with a different name, he or she will have entered the first round of a new game.
