When we purchased the house we pointed out several issues with the builder(BSG Services) **** ******. He said we had a 1 yr warranty before the 1 yr mark reach out to him and they would fix any issues. Several months in we had some problems. We contacted him. He remind us we had the 1 yr warranty and we should wait till we were closer to the date so everything could be resolved at once. Just before the 1 yr mark we tried to reach **** again. He wouldn't respond. We messaged his wife and she sent me his number again to get a hold of him. He wouldn't answer or return calls. I hired a home inspector to come look at the house because of the issues we are having. I sent a copy of the report to ****. He still would not contact us. We are 8 mo past 1 yr warranty and have had zero contact from the builder. We've had to have the roof repaired already due to a leak, we have multiple doors hung wrong that allow the elements into the home. We are in the process of having a water line repaired that just recently broke. These are all things that should be taken care of through the warranty that **** ****** offered with the purchase of the home he built.
