Swappa (https://swappa.com) is a marketplace that allows users to act as sellers and post listings to sell mobile devices (e.g. iPhones, iPads). Other users can act as buyers and purchase a listing, paying the seller directly. Swappa does not sell phones and is not a middle-man to the transaction. Swappa is just a facilitator for sales, and receives a small amount for each successful transaction for their services of hosting the site, advertising the listings, etc. While Swappa does review listings and undertake extensive anti-fraud measures as part of their service, the seller is paid directly from the buyer and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and fulfillment of their listing and sale. All users the site are informed this before buying or selling, per clear documentation and their terms of use.
