    I would definitely recommend avoiding this company if at all possible. Unfortunately the builder on this new home chose them, so we have no choice other than to go with another HV** provider, which will negate our warranty.We have had issues with the ** not running, we attempted to have them install a WiFi based thermostat which would not register with Honeywell even though we were able to get the device to communicate via WiFi.When we attempted to go with a second product that this company offered (an EcoBee), the person trying to make the appointment wanted to explain that his folks despite Selling and Installing the device were not capable of performing the IT side of this.We have heard repeatedly excuses of "I have not worked with this model, but..." or it is the Vendors issue (Carrier, Honeywell), so unless you want to waste a lot of time and money, look elsewhere.

    issue #1:As the customer stated "he had issues" with system not running. This was correct as it's a brand new home and saftey door switch on furnace was not pushed in all the way because door had been removed and not re-installed properly. This is not the fault of the installing company as any one of the builders subs could have remove the door and not reinstalled it properly. We repaired immediately once customer called our office.Issue #****** thermostat: as customer stated we did install a Wi-Fi smart thermostat. The honeywell T10 thermostat is new on the market so technicans are still getting use to installing it and connecting to house Wi-Fi. Tech had and issue because customers router was displaying two differnet available Wi-Fi networks in customers home. As we are a heating & cooling company and not Wi-Fi professional when tech could not get system to connect, he call honeywell wi-fi tech support to try and resolve any issues. Honeywell tech support did get it connected, but wanted the homeowner to let tech restart the router to reconnect the system and see if all would be communicating. This is when the homeowner refused to do what the manufacturer wanted and started yelling at our tech saying that the product was c*** As we all know sometimes routers do need to be reset and my tech and honeywell were doing there best to get everything up and running, altough you can olny do so much if the homeowner will not allow you to do what is recommeded. At that point my tech removed the thermostat and installed the original one and got system back up and running. Told the customer we would return with an Ecobee smart tstat. Customer called the office and they tried to tell him that althought we will try and connect the thermostat to there wi-fi system, if there was an issue that he would need to be helpful and do as asked. This is when he got hateful with office person. Our office personal was out of line in the way the talked to the customer, but this did not happen until customer got hateful with office staff. That does not make it right, and staff has been reprimanded for his actions. On the other hand our tech did all he could do with the situation the customer put him in.
