            I took my car into Diamond Finish Car Wash on March 8, 2021. I purchased there Diamond 2 detail package which included full interior, as well as buffing the exterior. During service the person that buffed the car scratched the car with the buffer at least 52 times that I can count. A cream was applied over the damage when I picked it up, so that it would only be discovered when the car was washed the next time. When I returned with the car they made multiple excuses ranging from someone scratched it with their car in a parking lot (until I showed them the damage around the entire car, some up by the roof) to me having taken my own buffer and ruined it myself. I took it to a dent repair, and it can not be repaired by anything short of repainting the entire car. I have enclosed the original receipt, the letter from an attorney asking for them to make it right, and estimates for repair. They have refused to refund my money for the services.
