    Car was bought by my husband at Legends Honda. They said that the title was sent for the vehicle, but didn't send tracking information. My husband called to figure out where the title was when they said it had been delivered to apartment complex community mail room. Went to mail room and it was nowhere to be found. It has been since September 2023 attempting to get a new title. Legends Honda has given my husband the run around trying to get the title, which is from Colorado. It was told that the title had been ordered and was awaiting it from Colorado. I called Colorado today to confirm a replacement title was on the way when it was reported to me from them that a title wasn't even requested - 3 months later after asking where the title was originally. The dealership also offered to give an extended temp tag, but come to find out - that is apparently illegal to do. I am still awaiting a phone call from the general manager at the dealership to resolve this issue.

    After finding a Malibu on their website I was told by *********** that the car we need to be uploaded to the *********** car loan module. This is so that me and *********** can go over financing. At the start the sales agent refused to upload the car to the *********** car loan module app. After going back and forth with the car dealership and ***********. *********** just found me a car that was similar and price and we went over all the financial details. Next Step was to have my mechanic come and look at it. I scheduled a day on Thursday in the mechanic called the salesperson on Wednesday to let him know that he will be there Thursday. The sales agent never called my mechanic back. So my mechanic called the dealership back and was told that the car is not available and he can try to see it on Friday. This was a waste of time and my money. Because I was reassured by Honda that the car will be ready on Thursday. Dealership never reached out to me to let me know that they changed the date. And different sales agent give different opinions on why the date was changed.

    Its sure unfortunate that you feel this way. I just reviewed every interaction that our team had with you via email and text and to the contrary of this reviewwe actually accommodated your loan with Cap One as you asked. We also pulled the car to the side and sat the keys aside for the day that you requested. Your mechanic actually called us and let us know it would be the following day. We then received a call from your mechanic saying that youd cancelled the inspection. Thats when we reached out and you let us know that you were cancelling the transaction. I would be happy to share the emails,texts, recordings or whatever youd like if it would make you feel better about the transaction. Thanks for your feedback.
