After getting quotes from other companies before buying, I ended up trying this company due to there marvelous reviews. I am very picky when it comes to anything dealing with construction. I assisted my father building nine homes about 25 years ago, and seen lots of errors and just plain poor customer service. From beginning to end, the whole process working with Zen Windows was comfortable and frankly enjoyable. I ordered multiple casement windows for my home, and they kept me informed every step of the way (rare in the construction industry). They even made sure I was ok with the install date and adjusted as needed. I communicated with ****** for the most part, and there could not have been a more friendlier, professional person I could ask for! From beginning to end, she rested my fears of the process and made everything go seamless. She also did a marvelous job getting my trim work stained and urethane protected. During the installation process, ***** and **** did a magnificent job protecting my home with coverings for my floors. The window install went great, with ***** explaining things as the process proceeded. The windows and interior trim were installed with impeccable detail and care! His son **** did some of the best caulk work that I have ever seen. I have had windows installed in the past, but none of the jobs were even close to the detail and professionalism of Zen Windows. They have a lifetime guarantee, which I hope I never have to use, but its nice peace of mind. They vacuumed, dusted and cleaned everything up spotless before leaving. ***** checked with me during the process to make sure I was happy with how things were proceeding, and if I had any questions.
