              We had a Kohler walk-in shower quoted and installed by HCI Get a Pro out of ******, ** in Spring of 2018 at a cost of $8000.The installer told us the wall was cut short/crooked in one spot but felt he could compensate by using more caulk. We have replaced the caulking once and now it is getting moldy under the existing caulk and the walls feel like there is water behind them. The company is out of business and when I contact Kohler ************** they are unable to verify my product as a Kohler product, It could be one of their brands but the number I was given for that brand could not help me either. The product is has a limited lifetime warranty and the installer offered a 50 year warranty. We did this project at a time we thought we may need to sell and felt it was a good investment with a warranty that remains with the product, not the owner. Ideally, I would like the product replaced and at the least, repaired permanently.

              A tree had fail on my father's roof about 4 yrs ago, it damaged the roof as well as the chimney. A salesman came out and my dad signed a contract. The roof wasn't properly installed. The roof started leaking and destroyed the furnance as well as the hot water heater. My father had to pay out of pocket to get them repaired, bc insurance wouldn't pay. The company said they are licensed and bonded, but they aren't. My father is stuck with a leaking roof which might damage the furnance and hot water heater. We haven't been able to get a hold to anyone. My dad was told Get A Pro went out of business. I do not recommend this company to anyone. A big SCAM. They should be ashame preying on the elderly.
