            ***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY***ordered a part for my vehicle, the part never showed, when I asked where the part is they showed it being delivered to a ups pick up facility because a signature was requested. I could not get to the pickup location due to my working hours. I contacted ups to tell them to leave at my door step and they said the company freedom racing would not allow it because they require signature. I asked for a refund and received no help from the company. I had to go thru my bank to get my money back.

            During the checkout process we give the customers the option of requiring delivery a signature or not. This customer specifically chose to require a signature and he even paid extra for it. He wasn't home when UPS attempted delivery so they took it to a nearby UPS pickup location. That facility is open early in the mornings, late at night, and even on the weekends. The customer says he can't get there to pick it up. He wanted us to have UPS remove the delivery signature and have them reattempt delivery. UPS says they have no way to remove the delivery signature once the package has been shipped. We fulfilled the order EXACTLY as the customer requested at the time of checkout. At this point the customer is making unreasonable and impossible demands.
