            We purchased a ********* deal on black Friday 2022 and made a reservation to stay the night of Dec 26, 2022 with the two rooms we got from the **** deal. One of the biggest snow storms in recent memory will keep us from making our reservation. I called to try to cancel or move our reservation date to a later date. I was told nothing could be done with that reservation. However, on the ******** post announcing the **** deal, there was zero mentioned of not being able to cancel or change the reservation. This is a very poor show of business ethics when you can't make a reservation due to blizzard conditions and this company simply pockets your money, especially when it was not stated that the reservation could not be changed or cancelled.
