Additional Complaint Information

Customer complaints allege that initial contact with themselves and the company begins when they receive a card in the mail telling them that they won a prize. In order to claim the prize, the consumer must schedule an appointment for a company representative to come to the consumer's home. At this point, the consumer learns that the company is trying to sell a vacuum and/or air purifier.

Complaints also allege high pressure sales tactics that targets the elderly. The vacuum cleaners cost up to $2,500 and the consumer is asked to give the company their old vacuum.

The BBB has contacted Summit Filtration regarding these complaint allegations and as to date, we have not received a response.
