            I canceled service and paid them in full for two properties in July 2022. They came on the property today to do service without notice. Called the company and they said they do not have a record of the cancellation or phone call I had with them in July. They sent a bill for the service provide in march 2023 after I told them to get off the property and they did not complete the service

            This company damaged my fence, strung me along for over a month after they agreed to repair it. Then once they received the estimate refused to fix and denied that it was their fault. Over an entire month and no member of leadership would call me or come out and meet with me until today. Poor organization and leadership!
