My husband and I purchased our first home back in 2021 and used this company for our inspection. The inspector told us "this home has great bones!" and noted a couple of issues that we had the seller fix before purchasing. However, starting in 4/2023 we noticed issues of our bathtub cracking, the bathroom floor cracking, and cracks in our second bedroom walls. We have had 3 companies come look and they state the culprit is poor support in our crawlspace causing the house to sag. (which was remolded by the sellers before the inspector came). They all also stated that the inspector who came should have seen the poorly supported house and reported it to us. I reached out to ***, who is the owner of this location (with multiple pictures), and after one phone call he has failed to answer any emails I have sent him or his office staff. Now my husband and I have had to pay $6000 in repairs for just under the home, not even considering the inside repairs.My best friend also used this company (not by my referral) to have their home inspected and when they went to resell their house, they ended up having to pay for foundation and support repairs that the inspector from this company missed as well. I HIGHLY advise against using them, unless you want to be surprised later on.

We are sorry that you feel that the service that we provided you was lacking. As we discussed on our first call, your report stated clearly that some of the crawlspace was inaccessible at the time of the inspection. Thank you for sending me the pictures from your contractor, but as I said during our second call they did nothing to support the need for the repairs he was recommending. I left you a Voice Mail after receiving the pictures from the second contractor and never received another call. I am surprised to see you say that I didn't respond after one phone call. We try very hard to make sure we bring any issues with the condition of the home to our Clients attention, but the condition of the components of a home do change over time.

The area of concern in my home was completely accessible and there are pictures in our report addressing other concerns in this area (which coincidentally enough had nothing to do with the support under my home) Also, I emailed this company twice... with no response, and even called once with no response. This is the only response I have gotten from this company after our first initial contact. There was absolutely no call/ voicemail. Also, we have lived in this house for 2 years, I truly believe that homes do change over time... however I do not believe that the magnitude of our issue would not have randomly popped up after 2 years - if it was 20 years in time, it might have been different.
