This is an irrigation company recommended by my neighbor. i contacted them 10/14/2022. They came to my house 10/16/2022. We discussed their services, they wrote, issued, amdmi signed their binding contract. Iconbtacted them on 10/19/2022 and gave them my payment information, and was promptly sent a receipt. All documents will *** attached. I was sent this receipt, but they failed to process my payment until 12/14/2022. Very convernient right before Christmas. Though i had signed theirt contract and paid them having been given a receipt two months prior, at minimum i was under contract 12/14/2022-present. i paid them $270 for the first years installment of a three year contract. As of this date (9/18/2022) The Peters Group has never returned to or set foot on my property since that first day. The contract has guaranteed services completed by listed dates. Those came and went. I contacted them and was told they would be out in two weeks. after three weeks i contacted ****** and0 was told two weeks. Nothing. i was also given an estimate for other repairs during their only visit for additional repairs, which if you read the contract should be included, none the less this estimate was for $470 and i signed and accep=*** this offer as well. Again, as of this date they have never returned, and i completedf the rerpairs myself in august 2023. i have asked for my money back on multiple occasions and my requests have been ignored.
