            Last fall I contlracted with Lucky Brush to do the tuckpointing on wrap around porch and chimneys. They began last May or so, asking ****** for the work, and wanting a **** deposit the day they showed up to start. They got the original work done in one week and took the vines off the extra section before they left. They received a check for ****** then. When I insisted they send the young men back to correct imperfections and also go ahead with the last section which has mortor so old it will have been original with the house and is fast crumbling out now. The owner is insisting that I remove the vines myself now, but I see no reason the men can't do it again. I am guaranteeing their price and any extra required, of course. But they will not set a date to finish. It is getting down into the fall and cold weather, so I need to have this done before winter. Thank you for your help.
