Ive been an unlimited club member since 2019. I probably go through a Crew Carwash at least twice a week. Ive had scratches before and just accepted it as part of the convenience of using an automated car wash. However, my visit at ************************************************** on 2-1-24 will be my last. I have what seem to be chemical staining and scratches from that visit. Its not in one location on my vehicle but many on both sides. I filed an incident report and got a canned email response from a donotreply email saying they denied my request/claim for assistance. I provided many pictures to no avail. How do I know it was at that location? Well, I just had painting done on different areas at an auto paint shop and the truck was not damaged in those areas when I picked up my truck. I received a quote for repair for $950+ tax and provided that as well. Its amazing to me that there was no attempt to personally look at the damage (other than a $17 an hour customer service rep viewing pics) and have a detailed discussion with me. Be advised to anyone reading this, be prepared to spend your own money fixing scratches because Crew Carwash is just like any other companymoney first, deny, deny, deny and the problem will go away. Ive had an antenna ripped off the same vehicle which was at a different location. They found it and said we dont cover things like that. That particular incident cost me $200. Crew: you should be better than this.
