BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaint.  Specifically, complainants allege that company misrepresented themselves either by saying repairs would be made and covered by the company or vehicles condition was misrepresented. BBB contacted the business by certified letter in July 2014 regarding the pattern of complaint.  Company responded to BBB's request stating "We involved attorneys into the sales process and right now before buying a vehicle it should be 100% clear to the customer that the vehicle is bought AS-IS, as we have 3 forms warning customers that vehicle is sold AS-IS.  We are being extremely upfront about what customers are buying". The customer is presented with an opportunity to: inspect vehicle, purchase extended service contract, put all verbal promises in writing before purchasing the vehicle, should the vehicle have a deal pending, it is marked as deal pending, sold vehicles are marked as sold, any damages on the vehicles are disclosed to the customer ahead of time on the phone and via detailed pictures of the vehicle posted on the website. Company also states that occasionally phone calls are getting lost due to the reliability issues with the company's telephone provider and company is working with their provider to fix missed calls.
