-Mon, Feb 12, 2024, Initial setup to meet.-Fri, Feb 23, 2024, A crew came out and started to pump water from in the crawl space, the crew immediately stopped saying there were signs of raw sewage under the house. Told me I would need a plumber to come and look at it.-Mon, Feb 26th I sent an email/text asking the account manager I spoke with on the initial meet if we could put a hold on things until I could have a plumber come out and take a look at the issue claimed to be there. - Fri, Mar 1, 2024, I had a plumbing company come out and take a look under the house, they ran cameras down drain lines, crawled under the house, flushed toilets, ran showers, etc. The only issue they found was a kitchen sink line leak. We had that fixed. The plumbing company told us there were no signs or smells of any raw sewage being drained under the house.-Mon, Mar 4, 2024, I tried contacting the account manager letting them know that the plumbing company had come out and I would like to try to set up a date for work to be continued. I received no response.-Mon, Mar 11, 2024,I tried contacting the account manager again, no response.-Wed, Mar 13, 2024, I tried contacting the account manager again, no response.-Wed, Mar 20, 2024, I tried contacting the account manager again, no response. -Thu, Mar 21, 2024, My wife sent an email to the loan company, later in the day I received a 30 second phone call from the account manager apologizing for the lack of communication. Still no date set, and still no answers for anything else.Overall the only thing I would like is for us to go separate ways. Refund the down payment that was needed for the "work" to be done. It has been a month and a half and no communication or work has been completed.
