** ********************** put on a new roof on the front side of my home and the left side of the garage in July 2021. By February 2022, I already had a spot on the roof that was sinking and soft. ** said he came out and checked it and it was not the decking. So I had some support work done in the attic of the rafters. The problem of sinking in the roof has continued in other parts of the roof. I had another roofing company look at the roof in June 2023. They said that the roof had not been done to code. They also found decking rotting, broken, and falling in, insufficient vents in the soffit, and the ridge vent being inadequate. I contacted ** again both by text and US mail in July 2023. He has still not come out to look at the roof. The last time he tried to send his assistant, ********, but then she texted and said that ** said he had to come to look at it. Clearly a run-around from ** as it took several weeks to get an appointment with his assistant. The last interaction with ** was via text through ******** a couple of weeks ago in which I told him that I was filing a complaint with the BBB and that I wanted his insurance name and policy number to file a complaint. I have not heard from him since. I paid $6,600 for this work.
