*****,My name is ***** *****. I currently stay at ********************************** 5/4/21 I received an email from my landlord **** ****, owner of **** Til Dusk Property Management, to vacate my home within 30 days. This is during a pandemic. I have 3 children and nowhere to go. With me having to move unexpectedly, I do not have the funds to move. This is something that I needed to prepare for. I am currently up to date on my rent. I haven't received any complaints from my neighbors. I have been in my house for 2 years now. Over the two years I have expressed numerous of concerns to my him about my mice problem. My windows not opening, which is not safe in case of a fire. Cracks in my baseboards which is where the mice are coming from. I had several holes in my basement which he did fill after numerous times of me telling him. He has never required me to sign a current lease so my lease for 2021 I do not currently have. My lease was up this year on Feb 28th but because I have never been required to sign one and never advise him I wanted to move, I didn't inquire about it. It is now May so I assumed like the following year he is aware that I am staying. Today when I requested a copy of my lease he stated he will try. I asked him when should I expect it and his response was he does not know he is busy and hung up on me. This is not the first time he has acted unprofessional. When I received the notice that I had to move, I called him to figure out why and he hung up on me and would not answer my calls. When I addressed the rodent problem to him, his response was my neighbors do not have that issue. Which has nothing to do with me. In addition, my neighbors do have a rodent problem. I have spoken to them. I feel taking advantage of! Me and my 3 children are on the street. Where am I suppose to go in 30 days?! I have contacted the health department numerous of time and left messages and never received a call back. I am very angry with this! This is unfair! It is not okay to treat people like this! "
