We had very good service from this company. I would recommend them to anyone who has an intent on having a swimming pool installed. The customer service was beyond my expectations. The General Manager spoke with us personally and had great recommendations that we would not have ever thought of and it saved us $$$$$. Thank You Fox Pools

Thank you *****, it was a pleasure working with you on your pool and backyard project.

Do not use ************************** whatever you do. The guy who runs this office, *****, is at best incompetent and at worst corrupt. We had an agreement to build my pool this fall (2021) or early spring in 2022. Five weeks went by and he came back so we could sign the contract. When he came back he decided that there were "too many red flags" and he said he would not build our pool. But he spent 2 hours here 5 weeks before and we went over the entire property. I even had a survey done for him. He did not mention one issue. And his red flag was nothing. It was about cement trucks driving over my gravel driveway and possibly disturbing any pipes under it. He had no idea which pipes might be there or how deep they are. He just wanted out of the deal because, I assume, he had overbooked and needed to get out of one of the pool builds. Now my 3 kids will not have their pool next summer because all of the pool contractors are booked solid. I could have gone with another contractor 5 weeks ago and gotten in their queue for 2022. Now we are totally **** because of what ***** did to us. He also cursed at me before he left because I dared got upset that he broke our agreement and left us high and dry for our pool in 2022. ***** ************************** at all costs.

I am very sorry that this build did not work out for you. After our General Manager visited your property to have the contract signed there were to many variables that made us question taking on this project. Trees that we could not have removed, the pipes underground where equipment would be driven, and the indecisiveness of location for the pool. With all of the variables and red flags this turned into a project that we could not support. Again, I am sorry for your disappointment and hope that you find a contractor that will make your pool dreams come true.
