Cgs Services do not pay their bills. You can not contact anyone from the company. Took to court for payment.still nothing. Be cautious doing business with this company.

CGS has now become WM. At first they were great. The driver we had was amazing! Since they've become WM they are HORRIBLE!!!!!! They picked our trash up on April 21st. Today is May 20. They "postpone" our service EVERY week for ANOTHER WEEK! **************** is pathetic at best. They put you on hold and never answer. Don't go with them unless you like headaches and run arounds. Our **** has increased $25 in 3 years and the reason is gasoline surcharges. But they brag about how they run on batural gas produced by decomposition. PATHETIC! I had to give them 1 star. I would rather have taken 5 away

I have used this company for 5 years and never had a problem until I called to cancel service. I got my yearly **** in March and called to say I would not be renewing for the next year. She told me to put my can out front on Friday to be picked up. (My trash pick up day is Tuesday and I called on a Wednesday). I did put my can out on Friday but it never got picked up so I dragged it back to my house. Since my **** was paid thru the end of March, I went ahead and put trash in it and took it to the curb on Tuesday. (I figured they would pick up the trash and the can on my normal trash day). I got home from work and it was all still sitting there. I contacted **************** (which is what CGS is now called) and basically they said my service was completely terminated the week prior and they would not pick up my trash any longer and if they come for the can and I quote the representative I spoke to , "I would hate for them to throw all of your trash on your front lawn if the can is not empty when they come to pick it up". WOW!!!! I feel like if I paid thru the end of March and they have not even bothered to pick up the can that they could have picked up my trash and then the can. This customer service is ridiculous! I will NEVER use them again.

Worst company I have experienced, 68 years old. Their customers are their enemies. Inept, and the company is corrupt. Their billing tactics are despicable.
