I recieved flawless personal services from dr to reception. The cancer of this organization lays with their accounting and billing departments. I was not only billed 2 hrs 1 month after services were rendered but threatens with collections over a $50 copay. I pay my bills and I paid this one once zero people offered to explain why where they have a 1 yr time frame to bill people (in their own words) I was billed for this and demanded payment or collections. Its asinine and unethical. I feel if they can bill years later then I should be given equal time to pay vs get threatened to immediately go to collections when they not only have my address they have my email my cell phone number and my wifes cell phone number. No excuse and no accountability or solutions from them for their error other then how would you like to pay. Even with accounting principles this wouldve been written off as a loss by now but clearly they are 2 years behind on billing. Good luck to anyone who chooses to go here as they will send your relatives the bills long after your dead with zero accountability for their poor business practices. Hey I paid my bill after I made a simple phone call who knew technology works when you care and give a c***
