            I paid this company almost $1300 to move my items, including disassembling them and putting the beds back up. I was told AFTER the fact they couldnt put the bunk bed back together. After, my items were left in the middle of the floor and the movers left without notice. They quietly snuck out of the door. This was horrible service. Not only did they secretly sneak out the door, the driver kept all of the screws and bolts for my bed, causing us to not be able to sleep in our beds. This was true for our son as well.

            This is a tale of a 2 moves. Move 1 house to apartment and storage area in December. The two movers were great. Super careful and fast. We knew we were moving again in August when the new house was done and we planned to request them again. Move 2 - apartment and storage to new house. Horrible! We called and scheduled the move and she asked us if we wanted the same guys and we said yes. Moving day arrived and no one showed. Called Busy Bee and they clearly didn't have it on the schedule. Movers showed up an hour and a half late and they indicated they were pulled from another job. The move took 2 1/2 hours longer than the first time. The damage to our belongings was in excusable. The dining room table was scratched and gouged. The top and the legs. They didn't cover it in the truck and piled stuff on and under it. $900 to have it refinished. They literally dragged our 3-month old king size mattress on the sidewalk. They complained how heavy it was and one guy clearly couldn't lift it. His end dragged the ground and the mattress has holes on the corner, dirt on the top and mulch embedded in the side! Finally they managed to put a 20" scratch on the front of our 1-year old dryer. They acknowledged they caused the damage and took pictures of it. The guy said, "That's what insurance is for." So we called and the owner said to file a claim and send pictures. What they don't tell you is that if you don't purchase high value item coverage the damage payout is 60 a pound! It's buried in the contract you sign day of move. Damage payout $200. BEWARE! They don't stand behind their work even when they freely admit they caused the damage!
