I signed up for a tableau license on June 18 and tableau uses ********************** as their marketing agency. The first attempt to charge me was marked as potential fraud by my bank, which I immediately rectified by responding to a text from **** of America. The transaction was processed on June 23, 2022. Over the next several days, I received invoices and email reminders that Salesforce was attempting to collect on an invoice. I responded to an email, letting them know that the invoice was already paid and included proof, and also letting them know that I am not available or able to call them but can do business via email which they are fully capable of doing since theyve proven it by sending over a dozen emails at this point. Representative ******************* **** took over the case at this point, saying he would get to the bottom of the issue. I then saw another charge for the same amount on my bank account and reached out to ***** to let him know. He responded by insisting that the charge was not a duplicate and it is for a second license and provided a phone number to call. Again, I am not able to make phone calls and not available to do so. I disputed the transaction through my bank and it is being researched. Salesforces staff is not rectifying a very obvious error on their part and is not taking action to address a complaint. They are instead pointing to a second invoice that they created in error as their rationale for charging me twice and are refusing to address their mistake. In addition to all of this, when I expressed interest in Tableau, they called me over a dozen times in one weekend, saying, this is not a sales call, every time. They are liars and thieves.
