              On Dec. 22, 2021 Cardinal Exteriors LLC completed a new roof including a complete tear-off and replacing decking boards on the roof. On Feb. 11. 2022 interior repairs not by Cardinal Exteriors LLC were being completed when workers noticed water coming from the roof into at the same location the original leak was. After inspecting the source of the leak there was and issue with the way the roof was installed over the facia was causing water to flow back into the house. I contacted Cardinal Exteriors LLC to report the issue and to let them know of the problem and the finding. I advised them we need to either needed to get the problem fixed or the roof tarped before the on coming rain and snow to prevent any further damage was done. On Feb. 20, 2022 Cardinal Exteriors LLC arrived and addressed the issue. I have touched base with Cardinal Exteriors LLC to see when they would address the damage created by this issue, and was given the run around and told to wait for 2 weeks. At that time he would open holes in the wall where the water was to see if it had dried by itself.

              Cardinal Exteriors operations manager did a good job explaining how the job was to be done and the materials to be used and the time it would take to do an approximately **** sqft roof. I am about 95 % satisfied with the new roof.Things I did not like:The job was suppose to be completed in one day. The crew tore the old roof off, but then didnt have materials to reroof and became upset and sit at my house unsupervised most of the afternoon. The shingles did not arrive at time promised, but just seemed like poor planning on Cardinals part.The drip edge that was put on was crooked in several spots and this caused the bottom layer of shingles to look wavy in those areas. This may not hurt anything, but cosmetically, it looks shoddy!The rain guttering had minor damage in one spot and leaked in another spot.The operations manager seemed to be more accomidating while getting the job than afterwards. I have still not gotten a copy of the correct warranty.This is my honest review of the work done for me!

              Thank you ****. The shingles did not arrive on time as I told you the truck broke down and it delayed it for a day was out of my control. *** looks great. Thank you for your business!!!!!
