            I sent Recordgone.com or Higbee and Associates on 12/15/2021 the amount of ****** dollars. After reading the numerous complaints filed on them on BBB website and the fact that they are not a 5 out of 5 star business as their website claims. I notified my bank on 12/23/2021 that i wanted my money returned. I bank with Banc of California and their number is 877-770BANC. All i am asking is higbee and asspciates call my bank and refund my money or send me a check minus postage and money order fee. I do not think this should be too difficult a problem to fix. Thank You, *****************************

            This firm is harassing me about some copyright claim due to a picture they say it is on my website. They sent me a link that doesn't exist, it never did. I have not received a letter from the alleged owner of the picture, I have not received a letter from them. The keyword here is harassment, they just keep emailing and calling me.
