      On or about October 28, 2023, I ordered replacement filters; 1ea PB Membrane and 2ea PB pre/post reverse osmosis filters for my drinking water. Received my order November 30, 2023.. upon opening the UPS box, the three blue filters, were not wrapped or boxed individually so they were rolling around hitting each other inside the box and upon further inspection of the filters there was only one filter with a yellow cap covering/protecting the filter attachment and the other two replacement filters had no yellow cap. All 3 filters looked as if they had been used. I reached out to Dupure Customer Service, informing them of my disappointment and dissatisfaction of how the product was package to me and inquired is this how they sell/ship their products, unwrapped unboxed, with missing caps and my concerns that they were in fact used replacement filters. After two weeks of not hearing any word from the email, I called the 800 number and spoke with Miss ***, she was very professional, and genuinely concerned, that no one had reached out as of that day. Therefore after a couple of phone conversations with Miss *** she asked me to forward her the email from November 30, 2023 and that she would personally forward it to the right person which I did.. Miss *** reached back out to me to saying that they received the email however they were not able to look at the photos so I sent it the fourth time having the photos as a picture and not an attachment that was January 4, 2024. Miss *** informed me that the person who handles replacement filters had been out of office however, she would be in office Monday, 1-8-24. I called Miss *** today and left her a message that if I didn’t hear from anyone out of their office, I would be taking the next step to get my money back or replacement filters.

      just now NEW Don’t ever use this company!!!! Our system was installed with our new home. DuPure contacted us to do our annual check. The cost was going be to $450 so we were hesitant to have them come. They emailed or called at least once a week until We finally agreed to do the check up. They came last week. We had to prepay the $450 with no guarantee of service, warranty, or support. The tech was in our home less than 12 minutes. Do the math. That $2250 a hour with their travel time included. Really. Who is worth that? We have a tankless water heater also. Both were working perfectly prior to the technician checking our system. After he left, remember it was 12 minutes, the water only stays hot for a few minutes, going completely cold. We called DuPure and reported the problem. They now want to charge us another service fee to come back out, stating they don’t feel it is their fault. Can they prove it wasn’t their fault? Again both products were working perfectly before they came. There’s no customer service. They are only interested in getting your money. They refused to send someone back to check it without charging us again!!! Be aware of the lack of customer service if you decide to install their product. You will be paying way more for it than the original cost. We strongly recommend not using DuPure . We now have cold water, a system that is messed up and out money. We were crazy!!!
