    Service Squad installed a Valve on my water heater in correctly, which caused a hot water leak. The hot water leak increased my utility bills by $180. And service squad failed to reimburse me for my increase in utilities.

    Do not use this company! The employee who came out was real nice. However, he damaged the drain pipe that he was unclogging. Told me we had 2 clogs in the drain and one was a little more difficult to get but he got it. Couple weeks later we have water coming out of our kitchen cabinets. Had to call our home warranty again thinking we had a leak. A different Plumbing company comes doesn’t know exactly what pipe it is because he can’t cut the whole wall out to find it. Called a leak detection company and they think they know what pipe it is but they to are wrong. We reached out to our insurance due to the damage and having to tear out wall to find where water is coming from. Restoration company comes out and opens the wall and we find this drain pipe the same one they unclogged has a hole in it. Clearly, something went through the pipe. I reached out to the owner to notify them what took place instead of owner Shodey talking to me he has his operator talk for him. Says he’s not there. I sent an email about the situation and attached pictures. No response. I call back 2 more times and the last phone call the owner again has operator speak for him and tells me that any damage done to my property by one of their employees they are not responsible for. So I asked her, so what you’re saying is you can go into anyone’s home and do damage and your not responsible. She said owner showed her in paperwork where it states this. I asked for it to be sent to me. I get sent my invoice I signed saying the job was completed and what I paid. Nothing states they are not responsible. I reply to email asking again for that paperwork. No response. I do not recommend this company they do not stand by their work at all. The owner who is supposed to providing customer service won’t even return a phone call or an email.

    We received your work order from your home warranty company and the reason for the service call was a leak in the house ceiling. We found that your upstairs bathroom drain line was clogged and we cleared the line and noticed that you had some water damage in your drywall and ceiling due to the leak. On December 21 st, 2021 we responded to your email with ****** home warranty attachment which very clearly says the reason for the call is a leak in the house ceiling. We are not responsible for your pre-existing damages and I request you to remove your revive as soon as possible. If you or *** are required to see the work order then I can provide you that upon request again.

    Business response from my original comment will be shown below this new comment. I also have the paperwork showing your technician stated there was not a busted pipe. It was a clogged drained. Yes water was noticed from the ceiling. That was caused from the sink overflow due to clogged.drained. Your tech even stated that. The busted pipe came when your tech snaked the drain that was not in my ceiling but in a side wall in my kitchen. The drain pipe he snaked connects to the kitchen outer wall. That is where The pipe was broken by the snake machine. I will not remove the truth of what happened. If *** would like to have a conversation about what took place I would be more then happy to do that. Just like I tried to talk to you and you would not respond to me till insurance reached out to you. The business about which you submitted a Customer Review has provided some feedback.
