            Order #: ******** 11/11/23 the order. And and i wasn’t pleased, the shade and the top/bottom pieces are different colors. Nothing in my order advised me that they would be different, rather it showed things the same color. I finally called and they said they would resolve it but i needed to send pics so i did then they asked for time to work with their manufacturer which i calmly allowed, then they messaged asking for things id already provided. When i told them that and asked for a resolution on 12/11/23 i got no reply. On 12/14/23 i emailed asking again for a resolution and nothing. I called and ended up getting very angry because the guy kept talking over me and telling me things I’d already told him as though it was new info. I asked for a manager and he got argumentative and hung up on me after i fired back. Called back asking for a sup immediately and have yet to hear from anyone still. That was the week of the 18th. I was told it would take a few days before i heard back. Im done playing around and would love to have blinds on my windows after paying $1000 for misrepresented blinds that won’t work with my existing colors. I’d like my money back at this point, they can have their product back (at their expense for return shipping)

            STEER CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Their “100% satisfaction guarantee” is 100% **!!! They’re crooks and *******! Took my $1,000 and sent me blinds that I DID NOT APPROVE and now won’t rectify it without wanting to charge me $800!!! I have spoken with SEVEN different “customer service” reps and no solution! I asked to speak with a manager and “one is not available”. Save your time, money and energy. Purchase somewhere else! I wish I had looked on here before purchasing mine.
