A BBB investigation into the physical location of this company concluded that the company's listed address of 5715 Will Clayton Parkway, Ste. #1301 is a postal drop box.  On November 3, 2010 the BBB received correspondence from the company stating the following, "We are a Panama based educational company incorporated as per the laws of the Republic of Panama. We own and operate Belford University and Belford High School and cater to students globally. We do not have any office in US and do not operate from the mentioned address."

According to complaints, students are directed to forward all correspondence and payments to Belford at the 5715 Will Clayton Parkway address.
