      If I could leave a —?? ; I would! I have been trying to communicate with the so-called manager at the Terrace for almost a month now! Voicemail box full, no way to leave a message or I am hung up on by someone. When I call the corporate office to complain about a non-responsive manager, they say they will give her a message to contact me. Still no response (over 3 weeks now). I emailed the owner of the management company; over 2 weeks now with no response from Randal * *****! If those so-called managers worked for me; THEY ALL WOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED BY NOW! This company exemplifies poor management at its highest level. They raise maintenance fees with no explanation for an increase. At the same time they discontinued the Bulk Account Internet service which owners pay with a portion of the monthly maintenance fees. Even the ******* Rep said what Randall Management did to the owners and tenants was pretty SHOTTY, to put it nicely!

      Terrible company. Have been trying to get a hold of the office to find out how much the maintenance fees have gone up so I can change auto pay. They have their phones switched over to answering service during business hours and have not responded to my calls or my message on their chat. I'd leave zero stars if possible. This is not the first problem I've had with them.

      They raise association fee to often and with no notice.

      All homeowner association assessments and budgets are the decision of the board of directors and not the management company. I suggest you attend a board meeting or read your declaration and bylaws to understand how your association operates.

      Randall Smith does not return phone calls... says no one complains because he refuses to listen... his maintenance at the terrace are below subpar... worse than weekend warriors... we have had our mailboxes broken into for over year and now uses will not deliver mail on property... we had security but no more so crime is rampant... the office person con's you into not giving information... violations of bylaws are ignored by Randall Smith employees... they the office worker can not get in touch with Randall Smith

      Very very very bad customer service!! Property managers never return calls if they do they do it at their convenience only and we can’t talk to them! They treat customers like trash! The person answering calls is extremely rude and has no customer service experience either! No respect for no one! They get a paycheck because we have that association if not they would not get paid! Horrible ?? horrible I wish I could move to a better neighborhood with better customer service associations!

      Pésimo servicio, una muy mala administración de Condominios, ignoran todas las quejas, robos en Cedar Mill, sin cámaras funcionando, sin vigilancia, con altos costos en .mantenimiento. Una propiedad en decadencia, cobra, pero el personal de mantenimiento no hace su trabajo. Es una lástima!!!

      Terrible service, a very bad management of Condominiums, they ignore all the complaints, thefts in Cedar Mill, without cameras working, without surveillance, with high maintenance costs. A property in decline, charges, but the maintenance staff does not do their job. It's a shame!!!
