The BBB accepts physician complaints related to business practices, but does not handle complaints alleging malpractice. The Texas State Board of Medical Examiners handles all complaints relating to professional misconduct and standard of care. Please be aware that since the BBB does not accept certain complaints, our complaint history will only reflect complaints that relate specifically to billing disputes an business practices.
