    On January 22nd, 2024 my husband was stopped in our Greensburg Walmart by a representative of Portrait International & was talked into buying a photo session that was worth 19.95. The session was on Feb 3rd at 5:15pm in Greensburg IN in the Walmart parking lot in their mobile portraits studio. After the photos were done, we were given a date and a time that we would be able to come back to Walmart & get our prints that we paid for. That date was Feb 21st. We went on the day and at the time and there was no one to be found. The mobile portrait trailer was gone. I’ve tried sending an email to their customer service representative and have not heard a single thing back. I normally wouldn’t care that much about $20, but these photos they took were of my tender age, 5 year old daughter. I’m worried about where these photos will end up and that we were scammed. This business has photos of underage my daughter & will not give them to me and that is worrisome. I would just like the prints that we ordered more than anything if they really did take create these portraits for us. If not, I would like a refund since we didn’t get what we ordered. Thank you!

    I found out about this “establishment” as a ******* customer and was told about a promotion deal, $20 for a few portraits. What a deal right? I was lied to, scammed, and literally robbed of my money and time. I had to pay $200 just so I can get the CD. I picked up my photos on 11/03/2023 and I was very disappointed with the print outs as they looked grainy, blurry, and the actual photo just looked cheaply printed! Nevertheless I assumed the CD will have better photos that I can print out myself.. oh my was I wrong. The green screen or green patches are visible and to make it worst it’s on my sons shirts, hands, the chair, around their heads/hair!!! The carpet looks absolutely disgusting, I thought they would edit it to clean it up but no! I am very very disappointed and I am too embarrassed to give any of these photos to our family and too embarrassed to post them online. $200 wasted on this company I am so upset I want to file a court complaint and file a dispute with my bank with them. I cannot let them take my money like this, they literally robbed me. They are thieves and unprofessional to say the least. I will hopefully get my money back or at least some. I wish I could post the photos on here to show how ridiculous these photos / editing came out.

    Update: This will be my second complaint on BBB. I called portraits international Thursday 11/02/23 Friday 11/03/23 and today 11/04/23 with no answer and have to leave voicemails. When I went back up to ******* in Lake Worth Texas 76135 an older man by the name of Pete was very very very rude, he yelled at me after he stated he doesn’t do refunds and that I need to call the corporate office. After explaining that I have called multiple times already I asked if he had a different phone number and Pete replied “you don’t have it??” And then he explained how he’s an independent contractor and doesn’t “deal with this type of stuff”. I paid $183.97 just so I can get a CD! The photos and the photos inside the CD are badly done! The “editing” is ridiculous you can still see the green screen on my childrens heads, hands, shirts!! The carpet is dirty you can see white trash spots in the photos, the prop which was a red chair is chipping badly and I would’ve thought they would at least edit it to look better! Multiple people have told me my children look pale, sick, and unhappy in these photos and it’s embarrassing. I’m hoping to get something resolved asap. Please have someone contact me.

    Our Customer’s original appointment was Thursday November 2, 2023. Customer was not able to make it and rescheduled to Friday November 3, 2023. Our customer’s are never under any obligation to purchase any additional portraits from their professional photography session. When they come to their appointment for their viewing, they are picking up their Promotional. All of the other poses taken at their photography session are there on display and available for purchase if they choose. Our response to this complaint. Monday November 6, 2023, I immediately began the research. 1. I viewed the images through our Quality Control. Advising Quality Control of the details of our customer, Our C/S Representative over heard the conversation. She immediately came in and asked about. Our Customer Service Rep advised she was just speaking with this Customer. The Customer had just called in. Our C/S Rep advised me of the details of the conversation. Our Customer Service Rep reiterated with our customer that she was able to view, hold, and examine her professional family portraits before deciding to purchase anything? C/S Rep advised, “our customer became silent”. We have a NO REFUND POLICY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I advised our Customer Service Rep that I would be handling this Customer now. I IMMEDIATELY ordered a cd from our lab. As this was a Green Screen style, our customers are advised to Not wear green. One of the male children was wearing a green shirt. I noticed a glare that the customer did not notice when she went for her viewing and purchased her beautiful portraits. I contacted our customer via telephone on this day. I also contacted our Sale Representative that serviced our customer Evelyn. He advised she was really happy and excited about her portraits. He advised the same day our customer purchased our product, she came back a bit later in a rage. He stated she threw the portraits package she purchased at him and demanded a refund. He advised our customer that he is not authorized to issue refunds and recommended for her to contact the corporate office. Our rep stated our customer motioned as she was going to flip the table in front of him and he jumped up and got out of the way. Monday, November 6, 2023 I contacted our customer and spoke with her. I advised I had ordered the cd so we could view together. Tuesday November 7, 2023 I called our customer via telephone. I left her a message to advise to call me so I may provide update as I had the cd. Thursday November 9, 2023 – Left Message I Also submitted the ReOrder for our customer’s Complete Package. I ordered the complete package, not just the package our customer purchased. Friday November 10, 2023, I called again and spoke with Customer. I advised her I was able to have the glare fixed and would have her portraits package in hand by Tuesday November 14, 2023. She did ask about the refund. I advise our customer that we would discuss on Tuesday when I had the portraits in hand. Monday November 13, 2023 I received an email from our customer late evening that unless she was receiving a refund, there was no reason for her to speak with me. Tuesday November 14, 2023 I sent our customer another email asking her to please contact me as I had her portraits in hand as we had discussed last Friday. Wednesday November 15, 2023 I received another notification from BBB and the customer had left another review there. I also received another email from our customer advising that unless she is receiving a refund, there was no reason to speak via telephone. I pulled our Sitting Tickets from this event. This is the detailed registration form our customer’s complete when they arrive to their Family Photography Session (phase II).. I was going to overnight her family photography package. I was sending her the Whole package, not just the smaller package she originally purchased. Our customer left off her address. Out of the 120 sitting tickets, this customer is the only customer that did not list her address. Of course I contacted our Photographer. He apologized of this. This is extremely rare. If I can answer any questions or if you need any back up documentations, kindly advise. Thank you and kind regards, Trudy ******* ************

    Dear BBB. I left out one more thing. Our customer purchased our $159.95 package special. She also wanted an additional sheet with 8x10's that is normally $25.00. I sales rep discounted that for her. Her complete package was $169.95. With tax her total was $183.97.
