Additional Complaint Information

According to BBB complaint records, complaints allege the business emails pre-approvals offering recipients loans ranging in amounts between $200.00 and $300.00.  Complaints indicate the company then automatically deposits loans into consumer bank account without permission.  Shortly after receiving the loan, complainants indicate the company debits bank accounts $50.00 or more at a time.  The debits do not appear to used towards paying off the principal.  It is believed the debits are interest-only payments.  Anasazi Group then contacts the consumer by e-mail requesting payment on the loan with adding an additional interest fee. Please be advised that the Anasazi Group is not a member of the BBB.  However, the BBB processes complaints on both member and non-member companies. The addresses and locations for this business provided by consumers do no appear to be legitimate addresses.  The BBB cannot confirm the headquarters location for this company.
