I and my sister visited the Houstonian ******* *** for facials, September 9th 2021 The technician that did my facials injured my face leaving me with a little scar mark after healing. On that day after the facials I noticed a big swelling on my right upper cheek towards my eye area looking at myself in the mirror after I left the technician meeting up with my sister in the lounge. My sister told me they press your face to remove dirts etc I assume it will heal and it did heal but left the area with a very dark spot and not flat, it looks like it’s scaring not flat at all. My husband and everyone was asking what happened to my face. I decided to call the Spa to lay a complaint but they didn’t even apologize neither did they ask me to come in , so they take a look at it to see what they can do to help me etc The left me feeling emotionally and psychologically drained because this has to do with my face for Heaven’s sake! They were highly insensitive, unprofessional, unethical and rude to my situation! I even sent pictures to them after asking for them. I need my face back to the way it use to be prior to the facials!
