Refund and Exchange PolicyYou may return any new heater or other item purchased from eheat, Inc. that are "dead on arrival," arrive in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full product refund within 30 days of purchase. All returns require an RMA number to be issued by eheat, Inc. by calling 281-516-1577 to speak to customer service. Items that are returned without an RMA number will be refused by our receiving department and sent back to the customer by their carrier.eheat, Inc. reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.eheat, Inc. will not accept returns of any product more than 30 days after you receive the shipment. Non-Returnable ItemsHardwired heaters that have been installed and/or used are NOT returnable. These items require permanent modifications in order to be installed and as such cannot be refurbished for resale. These models are HW1012T, HW1012N, HW1022T and HW1022N. Products that are not returned in the original factory packaging are NOT returnable.Products that are damaged through customer misuse, are missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering or abuse are NOT returnable.Thermostats and timers that have been opened and the wiring altered during installation are NOT returnable.Restocking Fees
There will be no restocking fee charged for all products returned in an unopened and unused condition. However a restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all products that are opened and used. In certain cases, a restocking fee of more than 15% will be charged depending on the condition of the returned item. Return Shipping
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping and insurance on all product returns. No shipments will require a signature upon delivery unless requested.If promotional free shipping was offered at the time of order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. The actual shipping cost will be used and can range from $12 to over $20 for a single heater order depending on the shipping zone.Refunds

If you wish to cancel an order and are able to phone in this request before 5pm (central standard time) of the same business day of the order, the order will be voided and no transaction fee will be charged. Orders that are cancelled after shipping has occurred will be treated per the 30 Day Return policy stated above. All returns require an RMA number to be issued by eheat, Inc. which must be arranged in advance per above. Any item returned without an RMA number will be refused by our Returns Department and the shipper will return it to the customers address.
