Spark Energy continues to utilize a third party marketing plan that is misleading consumers by misrepresenting themselves as the current gas company and consumer later will find out that it was actually Spark Energy. Consumers are being sent to collection agencies for an unpaid bill for service that is not authorized, complainants allege.
