26 year retired Army veteran and home owner. like everyone else looking for new windows for their home I called every company in the area. I listened to their pitch and evaluated their front man as if my wallet depended on it. Unfortunately for them, Storm Tight Windows was the last company on my candidate list. Having listened to 6 other pitches I had all of the ammunition I needed to shut down the new guy. Here's my pitch... In my opinion, a company which never has to use its warranty, is the best kind of company. However, a company that actually delivers on its promises (contract/warranty) is the next best thing. Ours was a 30 window job which was split into two separate installations. The second job was no more than a promise from Storm Tight Windows to lock in a price if we decided to complete the second half within a year from original install. -The windows look Amazing. There were a few hick-ups with the installation but there was a ZERO hassle resolution to both. could not have asked for better customer service. Fast forward 359 days and we make the call to our service representative. I expected the usual tap dance or bait and switch as we are very close to the 365 day price lock they offered. Inflation has affected all of us, Storm Tight Windows Included. Simply put, we received exactly what they promised and more. Storm Tight Windows delivered on their product, Promise, and service.
