Checks and cash are accepted after the initial service.  Although, initial service may be via cash or credit.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Service issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving service.  A crew will be returned as promptly as possible to correct issue{s}.  An refund proportionate to the service issue will be given if a crew is unable to return.  No refund is given when not allowing the service issue to be reviewed in residence by management. {ie, I corrected the issue, but want a refund}  We must be able to view the complaint area. 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice may be given via phone, fax or email.  In order to avoid cancellation fees, appointment must be cancelled or service date altered by 9:00 AM the day before scheduled service.
