DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE TOWED HERE! HUGE SCAMMERS! My SUV was towed here after it was hit from the back during Houston traffic. After dealing with them for a couple of weeks, I decided to get my vehicle out because they kept lying to me, and giving me the runaround, and when I say “they” I mean Nancy- she seems very nice and sweet, but she is a big liar, don’t believe anything this lady tells you. I also started to notice the cheap work they do on repairing vehicles. When I went to pick up my SUV to take it to ****** for repair, Dalton collision center charged me 3800 dollars just to get my SUV out. The charges they had on there were ridiculous! Also- don’t get a rental from them. They charged me 2300 dollars for damages the vehicle already had. I just wanted my car out of that place asap, so I told them to place a claim with my insurance, and they told me they can’t release my suv until the the damages to the rental were paid upfront in cash, mind you, the paint from the rental they provided was already chipping off just from my drive home from the collision center. Seeing that bad paint job is what made me decide to get my suv out of that place. And I’m sure all the charges were out of spite, because I was breaking contract and removing my vehicle, they were planning on getting lots of money out of the insurance companies: They will tell you what you want to hear just to keep your vehicle. This place is the worst collision center in Houston. I can’t say this enough, THEY ARE SCAMMERS, DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE TOWED HERE: When I tell you it was a nightmare, IT WAS THE WORST NIGHTMARE! I can’t even believe how this place is still open after reading all the reviews. I have reported them to BBB and I have an open claim on this place. Please stay away from this collision center. I have also sent an email to channel 13 news telling them about my horrible experience with Dalton collision center, so people in Houston will be aware.
